West Sussex Social Enterprise Network (WSSEN), which is responsible for this site, endeavours to provide up-to-date and accurate information.
However, WSSEN disclaims any responsibility for the currency and accuracy of information, which is supplied to its website by information providers who are in many cases external to WSSEN.
This website is made available for public viewing on the basis that WSSEN excludes to the extent permitted by law all liability for any loss or damage arising out of the use of, or reliance upon, information contained within this website.
We are not responsible for the content or reliability of websites to which we link. Listing should not be taken as endorsement of any kind. We cannot guarantee that these links will work at all times, as we have no control over the availability of linked pages.

We only collect information through this website to develop the Business Directory of social enterprises in West Sussex, to keep an up to date database of social enterprises in West Sussex, to help us answer your enquiries or to keep you informed of developments in social enterprise support. Information may also be used for our confidential research and analysis and to monitor the site’s usage. WSSEN will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
The WSSEN website has security measures in place to prevent the loss and/or alteration of information under its control.
It will be understood by WSSEN that, in providing information, you agree to its use by WSSEN under these conditions and to the extent described in this and succeeding clauses of this Disclaimer.

This can be obtained by e-mailing a request to info@wssen.org.uk and paying any reasonable fee applicable for that access. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The information that we hold about you can be held on paper and/or on computer and/or in other electronic forms. It may be kept for the above stated purposes until you advise us to delete it.
