Paritas is a new project funded by West Sussex County Council and supported by the Sussex Partnership NHS Trust. We provide recruitment support to both employers and potential employees. Our focus is on mental illness and we seek through an innovative recruitment agency model to find employment for people currently excluded from the workplace. Our services additionally provide a full 360 degrees service by working with employers to manage and promote well-being and the mental health in the workplace
