Live Online Training - 2010 Course Schedule
A series of live online training courses is now available. Courses include Fundamentals of Social Enterprise; M&E; Project Design; TOR design; and Social Audit. The courses are specifically designed for staff and other stakeholders of Development and Humanitarian Agencies, NGOs, Government Bodies and Donor Organisations. They are delivered in 2-3 hour modules over a number of weeks and you can join the course wherever you are as long as you have a computer and broadband connection. ILM Level 5 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Social Enterprise Support
This is a nationally-recognised and fully accredited programme that aims to develop Managers, Advisors or Consultants who are working with, or for, emerging or established social enterprises. The programmes will enable you to understand, promote, develop and sustain social enterprise clients. This qualification will support an application to join the National Register of Business Support Professionals maintained by the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC). Suitable for: Directors, CEOs, Senior members of staff and or any staff with strategic responsibilities. Fees: You may be eligible for a business grant of up to £1000 to help pay for training. Each individual Award is being offered at £289 + VAT + optional ILM registration £72. Free  PR workshops from Blue Rocket Group - Blue Rocket, an ethical media relations agency based in Hove, regularly runs free PR workshops as well as other workshops for small businesses, charities and social enterprises. It has developed a special media relations package for small not-for-profit organisations with 15 or less employees. Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership - an 18 month, self-guided and action-learning programme for senior staff with strategic leadership responsibilities. Students will critically assess and enhance their performance as strategic leaders.
