Social enterprises are not only focused on social or environmental aims. As well as the good work, social enterprises are also involved in generating revenue for further sustainability practices. As far as the management of 'triple bottom line' is concerned, social enterprise also face challenges similar to a private firms. However, bringing a positive change in the society remains the main focus for any non-profit organisation. Social enterprises usually hire local people, whether disabled, long-term unemployed or from a minority group. Such enterprises bring hope to many lives.
