Jools Chaffer started the charity Dizzy in 2005 with his wife to raise awareness and money for diabetes sufferers through boutique charity shops in the area. Mr Chaffer said it was a surprise to win the award. "It was my ambition to raise awareness and we are doing that rapidly through now Sussex, UK and across Europe.
