19/04/10 Enhancing promotion and support for social enterprise - new tool
Following a workshop at the Office of the Third Sector on the business support landscape for social enterprises, a report "Enhancing promotion and support for social enterprise" can be found on the Cabinet Office website www.cabinetoffice.gov.
The Office of the Third Sector has outlined a series of actions designed to improve understanding of signposting to the range of business support services available to social enterprise. These include a regional review of the Solutions for Business portfolio, development of the Business Mentoring pilot, and setting up a working group of Regional Development Agency social enterprise leads and regional social enterprise bodies.
