13/04/10 Sustainability Toolkit for community organisations and parish/town councils
Following funding from the BIG Lottery, Action for Market towns is able to provide community organisations and parish or town council with free access to their ‘Sustainability Toolkit’. The toolkit will provide resources to help you strengthen and sustain your organisation.
The Sustainability Toolkit consists of a library of key resources (free to download), covering all aspects of forming, developing and sustaining a community organisation. The library includes resources on everything from writing a constitution and preparing a business plan to finding funding and managing your finances.
Also included within the toolkit is a self-diagnostic tool so you can make an objective analysis of your organisation’s strengths and weaknesses and identify your training needs.
