Description: Powerful Trainers are trainers who have a learning disability themselves and by training your staff they can help your business become more efficient. Your staff will have a greater understanding of the needs of people with a disability – whether as customers, clients or employees. Training sessions include group learning, role play, interactive exercises and DVD media.
